Once you have decided to get "In the Zone," one of our representatives
will conduct a consultation over the telephone with you. We need to
ascertain some basic information so that we can determine how much food
to prepare for you as well as what to prepare. We will also tell you
more about our program and give you your customer identification number
so that you can go online and further customize your menu if you desire.
You may start service within 1-2 days of your initial consultation.
We prepare and deliver a full days supply of food which includes 3 meals and 2 snacks.
All of your food is within the parameters of the zone diet, which is a
30 % lean protein and the rest fruits and vegetables with a dash of
Heart Healthy monounsaturated fats.
Standard delivery time for all clients will be by 6 a.m.
All meals are delivered in a cooler bag packed with an icepack. As well, each bag
has a security tag attached.
Each night, a new day's supply of meals will be delivered to your doorstep. At that
time, the In the Zone Delivery driver will collect the previous day's cooler bag.
You can choose service for 5, 6 or 7 days per week.
If you need to put your service on hold or make any other changes, all that we require
is notification by noon the 2 days before or in the case of the
weekend, by noon on Thursday.
